CUET UG 2025 Topper: Punjab's Ananaya Jain Tops With 100 Percentile In 4 Subjects

CUET UG 2025 Topper Name: 17-year-old Ananaya Jain from Ludhiana, Punjab, has topped the CUET UG 2025 exam with a perfect 100 percentile in four out of five subjects. Amongst more than 10 lakh candidates from all across India, she is the only student to achieve this remarkable feat this year.

Ananaya got the perfect NTA score in Mathematics, Economics, Accountancy, and Business Studies. She was lower by a shade in English, at 99.99 percentile. She had a total of 1225.93 marks out of 1250 in the under graduation entrance exam.

Arjav Jain of Delhi came next in the second position, with Purva Singh of Haryana third.

According to media reports, Ananaya, a student of commerce from DAV Public School on Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana, had previously secured 98.8% marks in Class 12 and 97% marks in Class 10. Her father, Manav Jain, is a chartered accountant, while her mother, Neeti Jain, is a homemaker.

Punjab’s Minister of Industry & Commerce, Sanjeev Arora, congratulated Ananaya on social media, highlighting her unique achievement that has brought pride to Punjab. "I want to congratulate our very own Ludhiana girl, Ananaya Jain, for securing All-India Rank 1 in CUET (UG) 2025. Ananaya is the only student in the country to score 100 percentile in 4 out of 5 subjects — a truly exceptional feat that has made all of Punjab proud. Wishing her continued success as she begins the next chapter of her academic journey," Arora wrote on X.

Union Minister Ravneet Singh Bittu also praised her brilliance and dedication, calling her success a shining example of New India’s academic excellence. "Heartiest congratulations to Ananya Jain from Ludhiana on securing Rank 1 in the CUET (UG)-2025! She has made Punjab and the entire nation proud by being the only candidate to score 100 percentile in four out of five subjects — a truly remarkable feat. Such brilliance and dedication among our youth are a strong reflection of New India's academic excellence. Best wishes to her for a bright future ahead," Bittu wrote on X.
