The seat allotment results for the first round of Engineering admissions will be released today by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) on the official website of COMEDK at comedk.org.

COMEDK Allotment Result 2025: The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) will release seat allotment results for the first round of Engineering admissions today, July 28, from 4 pm. Candidates who took the Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET 2025) and participated in the COMEDK counselling procedure can view the round 1 allotment results on the official website of COMEDK at comedk.org.
COMEDK Engineering counselling is taking place for admission to 26,827 undergraduate seats at 217 participating institutes.
COMEDK Allotment 2025: Important dates
1. The mock round selection period: July 18 to July 20
2. UGET mock allotment results for Engineering admission: July 22
3. Changes to their preferences: between July 22 and July 24
4. Reporting to the institution after receiving a seat in the first round: August 1 to 4 pm
5. Cancel seats: August 4 till 4 pm

All the aspirants are advised to read the instructions mentioned below:
1. Aspirants must pay the complete amount when deciding whether to accept and freeze their seats, accept and upgrade, or reject and upgrade.
2. Only candidates who accept and freeze their given seats must report to the colleges.
3. All applicants must report in person by the deadline and time. Otherwise, their assigned seats will be cancelled.
4. Applicants should verify with their assigned college for reporting times on Saturdays and public holidays.
COMEDK 2025: Exam details
The admission exam was held between May 10 and 25, 2025, using a Computer-Based Test (CBT). The exam was divided into three sessions: from 8.30 am to 11.30 am, 1 pm to 4 pm, and 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm. There were 180 questions in all, with 60 questions each from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The COMEDK UGET results were announced in June.
