The Vasai-Virar HOMETHON Property Expo 2025, organized by NAREDCO Maharashtra, opened on Friday at YMCA Ground, Vasai West, attracting homebuyers, investors, and industry experts. The three-day event, running until March 9, has positioned Vasai-Virar as a key real estate destination within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).

NAREDCO Maharashtra President, Prashant Sharma, highlighted Vasai-Virar’s growing prominence, stating that the expo serves as a one-stop platform for exploring top real estate opportunities while fostering transparency in the sector. Ramesh Mukund, MD of Imperial Lifestyle Pvt Ltd., emphasized its role in driving investment and urban development in the region.
Thousands of visitors are expected over the weekend, with exclusive deals and incentives, including international trip giveaways, drawing significant interest. Market experts predict a 25-30% rise in Vasai-Virar property values over the next five years, making this expo a strategic opportunity for buyers and investors alike.
