Mumbai: Ola Electric Mobility Ltd on Thursday announced a consolidated net loss of ₹336 crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. This marks a significant increase from the ₹428 crore consolidated loss reported in the corresponding quarter last year.
Revenue and Expenses
Consolidated revenue from operations for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026-27 was ₹455 crore, down from ₹828 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. Total consolidated income for the quarter also decreased to ₹484 crore from ₹895 crore year-on-year.
Consolidated total expenses for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 were ₹620 crore, a reduction from ₹1,065 crore reported in the year-ago quarter.
Earnings Per Share
Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 were negative ₹0.75. This compares to a negative EPS of ₹0.97 in the quarter ended 30 June 2025.
Internal Auditor Appointment
The company's Board of Directors appointed TRC Corporate Consulting Private Limited as the internal auditor for the financial year 2026-27. This appointment was effective on 7 August 2026.
