Chavda Infra Rewards Shareholders With 1:1 Bonus Issue, Strengthens Long-Term Growth Strategy

Ahmedabad: Chavda Infra Limited said its shareholders have approved a 1:1 bonus issue, under which investors will receive one fully paid-up equity share for every existing share held.
The Ahmedabad-based infrastructure and construction company said the move reflects confidence in its long-term growth strategy and is aimed at enhancing shareholder value.
Capital Base To Double
The board also approved an increase in the company’s authorised share capital from Rs 35 crore to Rs 70 crore, subject to shareholder approval. The expansion will support the bonus issue and provide greater financial flexibility for future growth plans.
The company has decided to retain earnings to strengthen its financial position and fund business expansion.
Major Contract Secured
Chavda Infra recently received a Letter of Acceptance worth Rs 89.45 crore from ADI Shantigram Abode LLP. The contract covers construction of the core and shell of a proposed residential high-rise building at Adani Shantigram Township in Ahmedabad.
The project is scheduled to be completed within 24 months and adds another premium residential development to the company’s portfolio.
Revenue Growth Accelerates
Revenue from operations rose 22.6 percent year-on-year to Rs 320.6 crore in FY26, supported by execution across residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.
Fourth-quarter revenue increased 49.8 percent to Rs 167.6 crore, indicating stronger project activity and improved execution during the period.

The company invested in advanced aluminium formwork systems to improve construction efficiency, accelerate delivery and enhance quality in large-scale and high-rise projects.
It completed and handed over projects including Avani Aayam, Abhishek, Rajshree Regalia, Mondeal One, Rajul Greens and the Manali Redevelopment Projects. It has also begun seeking an AA+ contractor classification to qualify for larger institutional and infrastructure assignments.
