Month Over, Cops Still Clueless About Thieves In MP's Pipariya

Pipariya (Madhya Pradesh): A month has passed since some thefts and frauds took place in the city but the police have yet to lay their hands on any of the criminals.
A band of thieves struck at the house of a farmer Hemant Choudhary in Pachua village. The incident took place when Choudhary and his family members had gone to Pipariya.
The thieves made off with Rs 2 lakh and gold and silver ornaments worth lakhs of rupees from the house. The pressed sniffer dogs into service. But they could not find any clue about the incident.
Similarly, some people cheated a business man on April 30. They sold some fake gold coins to a hardwire trader for Rs 4 lakh. They police said they had collected all the evidence. But they have yet to reach the culprits.
In another incident, some conmen cheated a crop trader. They stole a golden ring worth Rs 1 lakh from the traders.
Murder cases
A labourer was stabbed to death at the main intersection of the city. The place, where the murder was committed, was a few yards away from the police station.
The police have, however, failed to arrest anyone in connection with the case. It happened for the first time that such an incident took place at the main intersection in the city. The police, however, caught the murderer. In another incident, a man murdered his mother. The police arrested the murderer.
