Naman Jain, who has a foodie page named 'Delhi Cravings', shared a Old Monk recipe for rum lovers. In his video, Jain gave the drink a spicy touch ditching the most common, rather classic, rum and Coke recipe.

The video showed him crafting a drink by adding honey, cinnamon and cardamon to a glass of rum.

Taking to the social media platform, the man was seen adding some Indian spices to create the viral Old Monk recipe. He didn't give the drink an exact name but revealed about adding ingredients like cinnamon, cardamom, hot water, star anise, and honey to an Old Monk-based creation.

The video opened by showing him burn a piece of the aromatic star-shaped spice and drop it into a glass. This gave the drink a smoky flavour. Next, he poured some honey and drops of rum. That wasn't all. He introduced the drink to cardamom.

The recipe which resembled a refreshing tea preparation actually turned out to be a recipe involving Old Monk rum.
