Wrestler Ritu Phogat Attends Brahmakumaris Event
Ritu spoke about her journey as a wrestler and a Mixed Martial Artist (MMA) and the challenges that she had to face along the journey.

Indian wrestler and mixed martial artist Ritu Phogat attended a program organised by the Brahmakumaris Malad West at Inifinity Mall recently.
Ritu spoke about her journey as a wrestler and a Mixed Martial Artist (MMA) and the challenges that she had to face along the journey.
The wrestler also came on stage and mesmerised everyone by doing martial arts. She also showed and did that with the children and inspired them.
She said that parents have a very big role in taking children forward and in whatever field children want to go, daily practice is necessary.
A quiz program was conducted in which Ritu Phogat shared her experience with great enthusiasm - said that this journey is not easy but not difficult either.
"At the age of children playing, we sisters chose the difficult path. For how many years, we have not seen what four o'clock in the morning sleep is. Parents used to say - if it was so easy, everyone would be here. Find your fault and fix it. Don't give up, learn to move forward. You can learn from victory and defeat.
Ritu said she keeps going to Brahma Kumaris Centre. He is with me everywhere. Whenever I get time, I meditate.
The wrestler stated that she was told by a lot of people that the career ends after having a baby, but revealed she accepted this challenge and started training only two weeks after delivery, I came back to the field.
She said her husband is supportive of her.
Sister Neerja expressed her views on spirituality and said that spirituality teaches us to live.
