Pune Video: Shah Rukh Khan Fan Club Promotes Traffic Discipline; Gifts Distributed To Motorists Following Rules

There are several fan clubs of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan worldwide. From blood donation drives to tree plantation initiatives, these fan clubs are often seen doing social work in the actor's name.

On Republic Day, Team SRK Pune, a fan club with over 500 members, organised a unique initiative to promote traffic discipline in the city. The team distributed gifts to motorists who adhered to traffic rules and delivered strong messages to those who violated them.

Speaking to The Free Press Journal about the initiative, Harshal Sonavane, Head of Team SRK Pune, shared, "As a lifelong resident of Pune, I've witnessed increasing traffic issues, from signal jumping to reckless driving. Through this initiative, we aimed to reach as many people as possible and encourage them to follow traffic rules for everyone's safety."

The fan club also posted a video of the initiative on Instagram. The caption read, "Team SRK Pune celebrated Republic Day by raising traffic awareness across the city, promoting road safety and responsible driving." It added, "Spreading Shah Rukh Khan's message of love and care for a safer tomorrow!"
