Navi Mumbai: The National Service Scheme (NSS) volunteers of Saraswati College of Engineering, Kharghar, observed the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay on Thursday through a series of community service initiatives at Sector 6 Driving Range, Kharghar.
