Mumbai Crime: Govandi Man Booked For Objectionable Instagram Comment On Lord Ram; Shivaji Nagar Police Register Case Under BNS
The Shivaji Nagar Police have registered a case against an Instagram user identified as Irshad Ali Gufran Ali Shaikh, a resident of Padmanagar, Bainganwadi, Govandi, Mumbai, for allegedly posting objectionable comments about Hindu deity Lord Ram.

Mumbai: The Shivaji Nagar Police have registered a case against an Instagram user identified as Irshad Ali Gufran Ali Shaikh, a resident of Padmanagar, Bainganwadi, Govandi, Mumbai, for allegedly posting objectionable comments about Hindu deity Lord Ram.
According to the FIR, the complainant, Sushil Amar Bahadur Singh, 38, a resident of Shivaji Nagar, Govandi, works as a labor safety officer at a construction site in Thane. Around 7 a.m. on June 24, Singh came across a post on the Instagram account "baggatajinder" which had several comments.
While scrolling through the comments, Singh discovered that the Instagram handle "mafia_sk_23" belonged to Irshad Ali. He then approached the police and filed a formal complaint.
