Maharashtra News: MHADA To Hold 11th Lokshahi Din On May 13 To Address Citizen Grievances

The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) will conduct its 11th Lokshahi Din on Tuesday, 13th May 2025, at 12 noon, at its headquarters.
During these sessions, open and direct discussions are held on citizens’ complaints in the presence of concerned officials. As a result, many long-pending matters have been resolved immediately, offering citizens transparent, simple, and speedy justice.
This initiative has enhanced transparency, accountability, and responsiveness within the MHADA administration. Citizens have expressed confidence that Lokshahi Din serves as a strong bridge between the public and the administration.
The MHADA administration appeals to all citizens to present their grievances or queries during Lokshahi Din. However, cases that are already under judicial consideration, Matters related to revenue/appeals, Service and establishment-related issues, Applications not in the prescribed format or without required supporting documents, Matters for which a final reply has already been issued or is in process, Repeated applications on the same subject and Applications or grievances of a personal nature
Applications that are not eligible for Lokshahi Din are forwarded to the concerned department for appropriate action within eight days.
