Andheri Fire Tragedy: 35-Year-Old Accused Arrested As Gas Pipeline Explosion Kills Food Delivery Boy, Injures Auto Driver
A tragic fire at Sher-E-Punjab Junction in Andheri (East), caused by damage to a Mahanagar Gas pipeline, led to the death of a food delivery boy, left another critically injured, and caused 20% burns to an auto-rickshaw driver. The person responsible for the pipeline damage, identified as Pravin Khairnar (35), was arrested on Tuesday.

Mumbai: A tragic fire at Sher-E-Punjab Junction in Andheri (East), caused by damage to a Mahanagar Gas pipeline, led to the death of a food delivery boy, left another critically injured, and caused 20% burns to an auto-rickshaw driver. The person responsible for the pipeline damage, identified as Pravin Khairnar (35), was arrested on Tuesday.
According to the MIDC police, Khairnar was produced before Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate Court No. 22 on Wednesday, where he was remanded to two days of police custody.
