Horrific Incident Captured On CCTV: Speeding Bus Travelling From Jammu to Srinagar Overturns Inside Banihal-Qazigund Navyug Tunnel

Srinagar: At least 12 people were reportedly injured after a bus travelling from Jammu to Srinagar overturned inside the Banihal-Qazigund Navyug tunnel on Wednesday night. At least 12 people were reportedly injured in the accident. The entire incident was caught on CCTV installed inside the tunnel.

In the CCTV footage, it could be seen that the driver of the bus lost control and it overturned crashing into another vehicle inside the tunnel. After receiving the information, authorities reached the spot and launched a rescue operation.

The injured were shifted to Qazigund Hospital. The traffic movement was disrupted for a brief period of time. No casualties were reported in the acciudent.
