Gujarat: Massive Fire Breaks Out At Under-Construction Sabarmati Bullet Train Station In Ahmedabad; Dousing Operations Underway, Visuals Surface
"Early this morning around 6.30 am, a fire was reported at the roof shuttering of one of part of construction site of the Sabarmati Bullet Train station. No injuries or casualties have been reported" said an official of National High Speed Rail Corporation.

"Early this morning around 6.30 am, a fire was reported at the roof shuttering of one of part of construction site of the Sabarmati Bullet Train station. No injuries or casualties have been reported" said an official of National High Speed Rail Corporation.

"The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, but prima facie, it appears that welding sparks from temporary shuttering work may have triggered it" he said adding that fire brigades have actively doused the flames, and the situation is under control.
NHSRCL officials are on-site, monitoring the situation.
