The couple tied the knot in 2018 and the two have been going strong ever since.

On Thursday, Gautam and Pankhuri shared the good news with their fans with an adorable post and netizens showered them with love and congratulatory wishes.

Gautam and Pankhuri took to their social media handles to share an illustration video, showing their journey from the time they met to their wedding and then to the present day, when they are all set to embrace parenthood.

"Our family is growing and as we embrace this new phase and prepare ourselves to don these new roles, we seek your blessings and best wishes!" Pankhuri captioned the video.

As soon as they made the announcement, congratulatory wishes poured in for the couple from friends and fans.

Gautam-Pankhuri's love story

Gautam, who shot to fame with the daily soap 'Saraswatichandra', fell in love with Pankhuri, whom he met during the show 'Razia Sultan'.

They worked together in the show 'Suryaputra Karn' and it was then that they began dating.

In February 2018, the couple tied the knot in a grand ceremony at the Tijara Fort Palace in Alwar, Rajasthan.
