Aamir Khan's Sitaare Zameen Par, which hit theaters on June 20, 2025, serves as a sequel to Taare Zameen Par. Even prior to the movie's theatrical release, speculation arose regarding its digital release date and streaming service. Previously, there were expectations that Aamir intended to release the film following a week of its theatrical debut. Ending all the rumors, the actor himself has now confirmed the OTT Streaming. The movie will be accessible for streaming on Aamir Khan’s YouTube channel, named ‘Aamir Khan Talkies’, starting August 1, 2025.
About Sitaare Zameen Par
Sitaare Zameen Par will be available on YouTube for Rs 100 in India. It is a pay-per-view model. Subtitle will also be available. While doing a press conference on July 30, the actor also announced that not only Sitaare Zameen Par, but all the other films produced under his banner will also be available for streaming on his YouTube channel soon.
Plot overview
The movie, inspired by Javier Fesser's Champions, follows Gulshan Arora (Aamir Khan), a proud and easily angered basketball assistant coach who, following a drunken driving episode and a clash with his boss, is ordered to do community service by coaching a team of young adults with intellectual disabilities as his penalty. Initially hesitant and biased, Gulshan progressively forms an emotional bond with his players, gaining insights from them and ultimately guiding them through a path of development and self-realisation.

It is directed by R. S. Prasanna and Divy Nidhi Sharma has written the screenplay of the film.
