Leo Makers Accused Of Copying Peaky Blinders Song, Composer Otnicka Says 'We Are Looking Into This'
Amid the fiasco, Anirudh's ardent fans defended him and claimed that since he too was a Peaky Blinders fan, his track was "inspired" by 'I'm Not Outsider' and not "copied".

Leo, starring Thalapathy Vijay, has been witnessing oberwhelming numbers at the box office and fans are celebrating the film like it's a festival. And to add to the hype further, the makers recently dropped the song 'Ordinary Person' online, composed by none other than maverick music composer Anirudh Ravichander.
However, as soon as the song was released online, netizens claimed that it was a blatant copy of the Peaky Blinders track, 'I'm Not Outsider'.
And now, the composer of the 'I'm Not Outsider', Otnicka, has reacted to the plagiarism claims and has said that his team is looking into the matter.

Otnicka's social media handles were flooded with messages from Peaky Blinders fans and the composer finally issued a statement to silence the buzz.
He took to his Instagram handle and wrote, "Guys, thanks for hundreds of your messages about the movie "Leo". I can see everything, but it's physically impossible to answer everyone. The mail is overflowing with messages, Instagram, as well as thousands of comments on YouTube under the video "Where Are You"."
He went on to say, "The situation is very unclear... We are looking into this and a little later I will give an assessment of everything that is happening."
Otnicka also earlier seemed to be unaware of the whole plagiarism row and it was only after fans pointed out that the issue was brought to his notice.

When users commented under the video of 'I'm Not Outsider' that the Leo track was a copy of the same, Otnicka replied, "The label does not own the copyright and cannot grant a license without the artist's knowledge. No one contacted me and the team."
