Ayesha Khan Claims Mumbai Police Detained Her | Instagram

Dhurandhar actress Ayesha Khan, on her Instagram story, shared multiple videos claiming that she has been detained by Mumbai Police. In one of the videos, the actress says, "My hands are literally shivering right now. I have been detained in the police van just for standing on the road peacefully."

Ayesha further stated that she didn't even start the protest and she was just standing because her brother and her male friends were detained, so she was just standing on the road.

Another Detainee Speaks Out

Another boy in the video says that he has a Maths practical exam and claims that, without any reason, he has been detained. He said that if he misses his exam, it will be a big problem for him.

In another video, Ayesha is seen asking the cops where they are taking them. But she doesn't get a reply.

The actress also shared a video in which four female cops are forcefully taking her inside the van. She wrote on the video, "Unfortunately it took 4 police women to pull me in. But I ask the same question again, why? Did I make a noise? Did I even start a conversation? Detained me for what? For standing in the road? Wasn't even in the group of 5 (sic)."

Ayesha Khan Taken To Worli Police Station

Ayesha shared another video on her Instagram in which she revealed that they were taken to Worli police station. In the video, she once again explained what exactly happened to her at the protest.

The actress shared that, along with her brother and a few friends, she reached Dadar for the protest to show support to the NEET students. But, as soon as they reached there, they were told that they could not protest there, and her brother and other male friends were detained in a police van.

Ayesha further claimed that while she was just standing and figuring out what to do and how to find her brother, around 15 cops, 10 male and 5 female, came there and started telling them to get into the van. She said that they were pulled inside the van and got to Worli police station.

The Dhurandhar actress in the video praised the cops at Worli police station and called them 'sweet'. However, she maintained that she still wondering why they were detained.
