Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal looked their elegant best at the pre-wedding celebration that was held in Lucknow.

They put their best foot forward in their couture wear designed by ace designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. The duo complimented each other with Ali in a panelled gold and beige sherwani and Richa in an off white outfit.

The couple flew down to Lucknow where an evening affair was hosted by Ali’s family in the name of Richa. The evening began with a energy packed Qawwali performance by the Sabri Brothers of Rajasthan.

The decor was in compliment to the Awadhi Lucknowi culture with golden custom-made drapes and chandelier candle holders.

The food was meticulously prepared by Lebua, a heritage family-run hotel in the centre of Lucknow with special dishes being prepared by Mahmoodabadi, another traditional family run catering company that honours cuisine peculiar to the region.

Richa and Ali are all set to tie the knot on October 4. The couple are expected to have wedding celebrations and functions in Delhi and Mumbai, with a special party also planned in Delhi post the wedding at Delhi Gymkhana Club.

The duo, who have been dating for a really long time. The two reportedly met on the sets of 'Fukrey' in 2012 for the first time. The two will soon be seen sharing screen space once again in the third installment of the 'Fukrey' franchise.
