Bhopal: Thieves Hire SUV For Stealing Shuttering Plates, Held
The gang includes five persons including two minors involved in stealing shuttering plates which are used during construction works.

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Bhopal police busted a gang of thieves who used a hired SUV (Thar) for stealing shuttering plates which they sold to a scrap dealer. The thieves along with the scrap dealer are now in the police net while stolen goods and SUV worth Rs 20 lakh have been seized.
The gang includes five persons including two minors involved in stealing shuttering plates which are used during construction works. As per reports, complainant Indar Singh Sikarwar informed police that 90 of his shuttering plates were stolen from a construction site at Vedvanti Colony on Wednesday night. The cost of the stolen plates was Rs 90,000.
After registering an FIR, a police team launched a search for the thieves. DCP Sanjay Agarwal said following a tip off, a police team under TI Ratan Singh Parihar nabbed four suspects who confessed to have stolen the plates.
They were identified as Uday Nagle (21), Siddhant Bhatnagar (18) and two minors. The accused informed them that they carried away the shuttering plates in three shifts in a SUV which they had hired from a man. Police carried out raids and also seized the SUV used in the crime.
