‘You Will Lose’: Bilawal Bhutto Threatens India Of War After Pak Army Chief Munir’s Nuclear Threat — VIDEO

After Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir's nuclear threat against India during his US visit, former foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Sunday made a provokative statment and issued a direct threat to India, saying Pakistan would not hesitate to go to war if India moved to suspend the Indus Waters Treaty or proceeded to obstruct the flow of rivers by constructing dams.

Speaking during a visit to Bhit Shah for the 282nd Urs of Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai, Bhutto said, “In this struggle, I need your support. We must all unite to speak out and act against Modi’s barbarity and intentions so that we can stop this cruelty. I know that you have the strength, this land has the strength, that if there is war, we can fight them and reclaim your six rivers."

Speaking on operation Sindoor he threatened India and said,"If they force us, Pakistan did not start this war; we have always spoken of peace. In the world, wherever Pakistan’s representatives went, we have spoken of peace; India has spoken of war. But if war is imposed, from the land of Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai, we will tell the Modi government that we will not step back and we will not bow down.”

Pakistan Army Chief Marshal Asim Munir during his US visit said, “We are a nuclear nation. If we think we are going down, we’ll take half the world down with us,” he said addressing members of the Pakistani diaspora in Tampa, Florida.

India's Response

The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) responding to Munir's statement issued a statement on Monday asserting that India will not give in to nuclear blackmail and will continue taking all necessary steps to safeguard its national security.

"Our attention has been drawn to remarks reportedly made by the Pakistani Chief of Army Staff during his visit to the United States," the MEA said in a release.

"Nuclear sabre-rattling is Pakistan’s stock-in-trade. The international community can draw its own conclusions about the irresponsibility of such remarks, which only reinforce long-standing concerns over the integrity of nuclear command and control in a state where the military operates hand-in-glove with terrorist groups."

"It is also regrettable that these remarks were made on the soil of a friendly third country," the statement added.
