A video of Maryam Nawaz, niece of Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Chief Minister of Pakistan's Punjab province, is going viral. In this video, she can be heard admitting that because of India's Operation Sindoor, Pakistan has suffered a huge loss.
BJP's IT cell chief Amit Malviya has shared this video on social media platform X. In the caption of the video, he took a dig at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
"Pakistan’s Maryam Nawaz Sharif has an unexpected message for Rahul Gandhi. She admits that India inflicted severe damage on Pakistan on May 6th, 7th, and 9th. Let that sink in. Pakistan is reeling under the impact of #OperationSindoor — while back home, opposition leaders are questioning our Armed Forces," Malviya posted on X.
She can be heard saying in the video, "There is not much difference between what happened on May 9 (2023) and what India did on May 6–7 (2025). In fact, that party (PTI) caused more damage to Pakistan. This party inflicted a level of harm on the nation that even our enemies failed to do over decades."
