A USA tech startup, Cluely, is making headlines for bringing a unique policy for its employees. The CEO of Cluely, Roy Lee, offers to pay $500 to its employees under 'Welfare Policy' if they successfully manage to get another employee a date. The policy also widens further more and employees can get up to $1000 as well. Roy Lee shared the policy on social media, and it is now grabbing widespread attention.
Unique Welfare Policy
The policy is very straightforward-you will be rewarded with $500 if you successfully set up a date for your colleague. CEO Roy Lee mentioned that dating is an important part of Cluely's culture until they are all happily married. In his X post, Lee shared, "NEW COMPANY-WIDE POLICY: If any employee refers a date for any other employee (that they are happy with), the referring employee will receive a one-time cash bonus of $500."
He further adds, "This is infinitely stackable. ie if Ben refers a date to Neel whom Neel is happy with, and then subsequently refers a date to Brandon, whom Brandon is happy with, Ben would receive $500 + $500 = $1,000."
His X post is going viral on social media and has already received more than 181k views on the social media platform. The caption of the post reads, "update on @cluely employee wellfare policy. $500 cash referral bonuses for dates > any employee who successfully gets another employee a date receives a $500 cash referral bonus my dm's r open if u find anyone on the cluely team attractive."

Another Interesting Policy By Sweden Company
A Swedish firm has offered a strange policy to its employees in order to promote a healthy work environment. Erika Lust Films, a private Swedish company, gives a 30-minute masturbation break to its workers every day to 'relieve stress and agitation' among them. Founder of the company, Erika, came up with this policy as a trial at first, which concluded as successful. Later in May 2022, she came up with a permanent policy of giving a 30-minute break to each employee every day for 'self-pleasure.'
