Mumbai: Onlookers have spotted real-life 'Tom and Jerry' on the streets of Mumbai as a stray cat and a mouse were captured having late evening snacks together in one frame. In the viral video a mouse can be seen eating food left on the street in the clowder of cats outside the Bombay High Court.
2 So-Called Enemies In One Frame
What grabbed netizens attention was a group of cats letting the mouse have some chunks from their meal. There was no fear, no stress, just a pure frame of coexistence. Usually, a mouse and a cat are said to be enemies for life and always running behind each other, but not in this clip.
The video was posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, by Aditi Suryavanshi. She penned how animals can still find peace together where humans cannot. She wrote, "Last evening outside Bombay High Court, I saw something surreal - cats and rats eating together from food left by kind feeders. No fear, no fights. Just coexistence. Strange how animals find peace, while we humans keep inventing new reasons to divide."
