Raebareli: An unusual incident has come to light from UP's Raebareli. Upset with his girlfriend, a young man climbed on a 40-foot-high transmission line, leading to widespread commotion in Usraina village on Monday. A massive crowd of villagers gathered at the spot to watch the high-voltage drama unfold. On receiving the information, the police and fire brigade team reached the spot, and efforts were made to convince the crazy boyfriend to come down. But he remained adamant initially. The video of the incident is making rounds on the internet.

The exact reason behind the youth putting his life in danger is yet to be known. The entire episode started in daylight and lasted till 2 AM of the intervening night.

The youth was identified as Ankit Singh. Reportedly, Ankit had come to Usraina village to visit his aunt.
