Renowned sports streaming platform FanCode has reportedly suspended the coverage of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) in India amid the terror attack in Pahalgam, Kashmir allegedly committed by the neighbouring nation. Although FanCode hasn't made an official announcement regarding the same, netizens have called for the platform to stop the coverage of PSL games.
At least 12 tourists have been reported injured and a handful of them lost their lives as unidentified gunmen shot them during the terror attack in Pahalgam. A father-son duo, belonging to Gujarat, are also included in the deceased list as the Indian government has taken several measures against Pakistan, causing a major geopolitical shift.
A host of former and current Indian cricketers including Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Virat Kohli, Shubman Gill, Hardik Pandya, Anil Kumble, Irfan Pathan, Suresh Raina, Venkatesh Prasad and many more have condemned the tragic incident.
