The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) has announced that the Divecha Pavilion Level 3 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai will be renamed the 'Rohit Sharma Stand' in honor of India's ODI and Test captain.
In a significant tribute, the Mumbai Cricket Association has decided to name stands at the Wankhede Stadium after three stalwarts: Rohit Sharma, India's cricket captain; Sharad Pawar, a former BCCI president; and Ajit Wadekar, a legendary batsman. This decision was made at the MCA's Annual General Meeting on April 15.
