Video: MS Dhoni & Suresh Raina Groove To ‘Dama Dam Mast Qalandar’ Song At Rishabh Pant’s Sister’s Wedding Ceremony

A viral video from the sangeet ceremony of Rishabh Pant’s sister, Sakshi Pant, shows MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina, and Rishabh Pant dancing joyfully to the sufi classic ‘Dama Dam Mast Qalandar.’ Sakshi is tying the knot with businessman Ankit Chaudhary, and the Pant family has left no stone unturned to make it a spectacular affair.

The video offering a rare glimpse of Dhoni in a casual and cheerful mood. He made a rare public appearance at the private event after arriving in Dehradun with his family. Suresh Raina, known for his close bond with Dhoni, was also seen enjoying the celebrations alongside Pant, who looked relaxed and happy after India’s Champions Trophy triumph. Raina and his wife Priyanka took picture with Dhoni and his wife Sakshi during the celebration and shared it on his social media account

On Tuesday, March 11, MS Dhoni was seen at the Dehradun's Jolly Grant Airport with his family. The former India skipper was seen wearing a black T shirt and cream-coloured trousers. Dhoni was also present at Sakshi Pant's engagement ceremony in 2024, when she made things official with Ankit Chaudhary in London. 

Whats next for Rishabh Pant and MS Dhoni?

Rishabh was a part of the Indian squad, he did not play a single match in the tournament. KL Rahul was chosen ahead of Pant in the Champions Trophy

Following the triumph Pant will now focus on the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 season where he gears up to lead Lucknow Super Giants, after ending stint with Delhi Capitals. On the other hand, Dhoni is set to return for Chennai Super Kings, possibly for the last time. He has been training at the Chennai Super Kings academy ahead of the upcoming season.
