WATCH: Pimpri Metro Station Leaks, Hinjawadi Turns Water Park After Just One Hour Of Rain In Pune

A year after leakage inside the Vanaz Metro Station and Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) Metro Station — leading to the floor being wet and slippery, posing a threat of slip-and-fall accidents — now, another video is going viral on social media. In the video, water is seen leaking at the Pimpri Metro Station.

An X handle posted the video and wrote, "This is the main Pimpri station of
@metrorailpune. After 15 minutes of rain, rainwater started leaking heavily at this station. Will people get this even after spending ₹500 crore? Now our representatives will give the reason — that it was raining too much — and will support the contractor!"

Meanwhile, the Hinjawadi area of Pune witnessed heavy waterlogging on Saturday.

An X user wrote, "Wow, this is how the tax payer is getting rewarded Condition of Hinjawadi is so sad, PCMC will think 100 times before taking this village in it."

The streets of the area resembled a water park as a PMPML bus was seen in water halfway up to its top.
