'It's Frustrating': Frequent Power Outages Irk Bavdhan Residents

"We experience frequent power cuts that disrupt our daily routines, and this situation requires immediate attention," expressed Anita, a resident of Bavdhan. Several residents, like Anita, are troubled by the recurring power outages in the area.

Manish Singh, another resident, voiced his frustration, pointing out that the issue not only affects his work but also disrupts his children's studies. "We hope for a quick solution," he added.

Lakhan, a resident, stressed, "The inconsistent electricity supply is a significant inconvenience, and we urge the government to address and rectify the issue."

Residents also lamented the damage to their electronic appliances caused by voltage fluctuations. An unnamed resident explained, "Our electronic appliances often suffer damage due to voltage fluctuations, underscoring the need for a stable power supply."

Another resident, who preferred to remain anonymous, emphasised, "Bavdhan residents rightfully deserve a reliable power supply, and we earnestly hope that the authorities take our plea seriously."

Baramati MP Supriya Sule also recently raised this issue on X (formerly Twitter) and urged the Maharashtra government to take note. She wrote, "In Bavadhan, Pune, the citizens are facing electricity problems. It needs to be resolved urgently. The Deputy Chief Minister and Energy Minister of the state should take personal note of this and find a solution."
