The examination, which was conducted on January 18 and 19, 2025, has now been declared null and void, as per an official memorandum issued by the railway authorities on March 4, 2025.
The notification cites an earlier office memorandum dated January 8, 2025, and a selection cell note dated March 3, 2025. The cancellation decision was taken with the approval of the competent authority, according to a notice signed by Raghuveer Singh Shekhawat, Assistant Personnel Officer (Mechanical), Mumbai Central Division.
