UP News: Moradabad Woman Physiotherapist, Lover Arrested For Husband’s Murder Over ₹3 Crore Property Dispute
Police revealed that the motive behind the heinous crime was a property dispute, with Reena allegedly planning to seize Ravindra's `3 crore house after his death.

In a chilling incident that underscores a disturbing trend, a woman physiotherapist in Moradabad has been arrested along with her boyfriend for the brutal murder of her husband. The victim, 56 year old Ravindra Kumar, was allegedly plied with alcohol before being repeatedly struck with a shovel, leading to his gruesome death. His body was then transported to Uttarakhand and disposed of in the forests near Kotdwar.
The arrested individuals are Ravindra's second wife, 36 year old Reena Sindhu, a physiotherapist who ran a center from their three-story house in Ramganga Vihar, and her boyfriend Paritosh Kumar from Bijnor. Police revealed that the motive behind the heinous crime was a property dispute, with Reena allegedly planning to seize Ravindra's `3 crore house after his death.
The crime came to light after Ravindra's body was discovered in Kotdwar on June 5 and identified by his brother, Rajesh Kumar, who filed a complaint. CCTV footage from the Kotdwar road proved crucial, revealing a suspicious car transporting the body.

Police interrogation revealed that Reena and Paritosh meticulously planned the murder on May 31. They lured Ravindra to Paritosh's house, where they intoxicated him before launching the fatal attack. The body was then dumped in the forest.
This case adds to the growing number of incidents where wives, with the help of lovers, resort to extreme violence to eliminate their husbands, driven by motives of facilitating illicit relationships.
