T Bhimjyani Group Amicably Settles Dispute With Flat Buyers, Informs MahaRERA
The flat purchasers had filed a writ petition seeking a direction to MahaRera to issue a warrant for possession of the flat and put the petitioners in possession thereof.

T Bhimjyani Group has clarified that it has amicably settled the dispute with a flat purchaser Shreya Ramesh and two others and this fact has been communicated to the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRera). The clarification has been issued by the group with reference to a report published in the Free Press Journal on February 6, 2025. The flat in Olivia, Neelkant Woods, Majiwade, Thane.
The flat purchasers had filed a writ petition seeking a direction to MahaRera to issue a warrant for possession of the flat and put the petitioners in possession thereof. The other relief sought was to direct respondent no. 3 (Collector of Thane) to execute the warrants dated November 29, 2023 and February 23 issued by respondent no. 2 (MahaRera) in execution of the orders dated May 18, 2022 and October 17, 2022 respectively.
However, the matter is amicably settled vide consent terms dated July 16, 2024 which have been taken on record by the court and nothing survives with respect to the warrant. No amounts are payable by the Group to the Collector with respect to the MahaRERA ruling.
T Bhimjyani stated that the fact of the settlement was conveyed to MahaRera vide letter dated February 10, 2025.
