The Navi Mumbai Municipal Transport (NMMT) Authority has announced a tender for leasing commercial spaces at the newly constructed Vashi Bus Depot Commercial Complex, located at Plot No. 3, Sector 9A, Vashi.
This 21-story commercial complex is now ready for occupancy and offers a total leasable area of 178,378.53 sq. ft. To ensure a fair and transparent leasing process, NMMT has initiated a tender-based allotment for the available commercial spaces.
"The complex has been designed to accommodate a variety of business needs, with modern infrastructure and premium commercial spaces. The available leasable spaces include, 75 office spaces, suitable for corporate offices, startups, and business enterprises, 6 restaurants, ideal for dining establishments, cafés, or quick-service outlets, 7 shops, which can be utilized for retail businesses, showrooms, or service-based enterprises, 4 small shops on the ground floor at the rear side, designated for small-scale businesses or kiosks," said an official.
With state-of-the-art amenities, high accessibility, and a strategic location, the complex is expected to become a business hub in Navi Mumbai, offering lucrative opportunities for businesses to establish themselves in a prime location.
