Navi Mumbai: Mulund-Airoli Bridge Traffic Restricted 11 PM–6 AM Till Feb 11 For Girder Launching
Traffic on the Mulund-Airoli Bridge will be restricted from 11 pm to 6 am daily till February 11, as authorities carry out girder launching work at the Airoli side. The Navi Mumbai Traffic Police have issued an official notification urging commuters to use alternative routes during the affected hours.

Navi Mumbai: Traffic on the Mulund-Airoli Bridge will be restricted from 11 pm to 6 am daily till February 11, as authorities carry out girder launching work at the Airoli side. The Navi Mumbai Traffic Police have issued an official notification urging commuters to use alternative routes during the affected hours.
The girder launching work is being executed by M/s Arshiya Steel Pvt. Ltd., India Steel Corporation, and Firebridge Building. To ensure public safety and facilitate the smooth execution of the project, the Navi Mumbai Police have imposed traffic restrictions under Sections 115, 116(1) (a) (b), and 117 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
Commuters traveling from Belapur to Thane are advised to use internal roads via Sectors 1, 2, and 3, avoiding Fire brigade Road and the bridge near Shri Ram Vidyalaya. Traffic near Rabale Station will be rerouted via the main road under the bridge.

Authorities have urged motorists to plan their travel accordingly and cooperate with traffic diversions. The restrictions will remain in place until February 11 to ensure the safe and timely completion of the project. “The restrictions started from February 4. The restriction of vehicles between 11pm to 6 am on the bridge will continue to be till February 11,” a police officer from Rabale traffic unit said.
