Mumbai: Two Minors Detained By Police For Molesting 4-Year-Old Girl In Kurla
According to the complaint lodged by the girl's mother, the accused boys took the victim girl to a religious place in Kurla area and the accused boys raped the girl at that place, the incident came to light when the girl, who was suffering from unbearable pain, told her mother to Police about the incident.
Mumbai: The Chunabhatti Police Station have been registered an FIR Under various Sections Of Pocso Act against two minor youths for allegedly molesting a 4-year-old girl in Kurla area of Mumbai.
According to Police Source, the Chunabhatti Police have taken both the minors into custody and sent them to a juvenile home. Based on the complaint of the victim's mother, Chunabhatti police registered a case against both of the minor boys under sections 64, 65(2) of BNS and POCSO Act.

The victim girl was taken to a hospital in Mumbai for treatment and has been admitted, Chunabhatti police is investigating the matter further. The 16 year old and 14 year old boys are sent into juvenile home.
