Mumbai: The Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC), Ghatkopar Unit, conducted a major operation, resulting in the seizure of 288 Gram Heroin valued at ₹1.15 crore in the international market. Two accused have been arrested in connection with the case.
According to Police, Mumbai Police's Anti-Narcotics Cell conducted a major raid in the Aarey Colony area, seizing drugs worth ₹1.15 crore. In connection with the case, the Anti-Narcotics Cell has arrested 24-year-old and 25-year-old two drug smugglers.
According to the Anti-Narcotics Cell, the Ghatkopar Unit received a tip-off from a confidential source regarding a large consignment of drugs arriving in the Aarey Colony area.
Acting on this information, two young men were detained during a patrol, and 288 grams of heroin were recovered from their possession, valued at approximately ₹1.15 crore. Further investigation into the case is ongoing.
