Mumbai Accident: 8-Year-Old Boy Killed After Truck Hits Him At Dharavi's Kumbharwada Junction; Driver Held
According to the police, the incident occurred around 1 PM when a speeding Eicher truck (MH-48-DC-2160), traveling from Sion Hospital towards Kumbharwada Junction, struck the child. The Shahunagar Police immediately responded to the scene and rushed the injured boy to the Sion Hospital for medical treatment. Unfortunately, doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.

Mumbai: An 8-year-old boy, identified as Viraj Nitesh Kedia, lost his life in a tragic road accident at Kumbharwada Junction in Dharavi on the afternoon of August 5.
About The Incident
According to the police, the incident occurred around 1 PM when a speeding Eicher truck (MH-48-DC-2160), traveling from Sion Hospital towards Kumbharwada Junction, struck the child. The truck driver has been taken into custody, and a case has been registered under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS) and the Motor Vehicles Act. The Police are currently investigating the incident.
