Ambernath: SUV Goes On Rampage & Injures 5 People After Family Dispute Spills Out On Road; Shocking Video Surfaces

Ambernath: Five people were injured after a family dispute spilled into a road in Ambarnath. A Tata Safari driven by a member of a family drove into a Fortuner, also owned by a member of the family, after they quarrelled on the Ambernath-Badlapur road on Tuesday (August 20) evening.

According to police sources, the man who drove a Tata Safari, and his wife are suspected to have been in marital discord. The man's father, who is retired from the defence department, lived with his wife and another son in Mumbai. The father, mother, and their second son had come to Badlapur from Mumbai to sort out the dispute between the other son and his wife. According to the police, the son and father had quarrelled over the issue.

In the viral video, it can be seen that bystanders rushed to the spot where the Tata Safari, believed to have been driven by the man who lived in Ambarnath, crushed a man, reversed, and then dashed into the Fortuner SUV. As a result three people on bikes that were behind the vehicle were injured. Locals rushed to the spot and the injured were taken to nearby hospitals in Ambernath and Ulhasnagar for treatment.

The police said that the driver is one of the brothers in the Sharma family and four others were injured in this matter.
