Ujjain Youth Gets 20 Stitches After Chinese Manjha Of Flying Kite Slits Throat
This is second such incident in the state in last four days.

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A youth sustained severe injuries after a Chinese Manjha of a flying kit accidentally slit his throat in Madhya Pradesh's Ujjain.
The victim identified as 21-year-old Mohammad Irshad got 20 stitches in the neck. He is a resident of Fazalpura and works as a compounder in a dental clinic.
Irshad, along with his friend, was passing by Dhaanchha Bhawan on his bike on Friday evening. Suddenly, a viper got entangled around his neck and slit his throat. He started bleeding profusely. His friend Sadavan rushed him to Charak Hospital. Irshad got 20 stitches on his neck due to the deep cut.
Doctors said Irshad had a narrow escape; had the manjha cut the inner part of the throat, he would have been dead. He is currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital.
This is second such incident in the state in last four days.

A similar incident was reported in Indore on Makar Sankranti, when a youth tragically lost his life to the flying kite. He was riding a bike when the manjha of the flying kite got stuck around his neck and slit his throat. He succumbed to heavy bleeding. The deceased was identified as 22-year-old Himanshu Solanki.
