MP Shankar Lalwani Urges Swift Resolution Of BSNL Complaints, Fast-Tracking 4G Services In Indore

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): MP Shankar Lalwani has said that the complaints of the BSNL consumers should be resolved on a zero tolerance basis. Delay in work affects the image of BSNL as well as the government. He instructed the officials to work in fast manner in rolling out the 4G services of BSNL in the city.
MP Lalwani said it while addressing the Telecom Advisory Committee of Indore Division. Khandwa MP Gyaneshwar Patil and Rajya Sabha MP Sumer Singh Solanki were also present in the meeting. MP Lalwani said that Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) connections of broadband should be restored within an hour of getting damaged. He urged to start 4G service as soon as possible.

Khandwa MP Patil said that even today network is not available in many rural areas. All the problems raised today should be resolved before the next meeting. Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Sumer Singh Solanki said that the network situation in tribal districts is very bad. 80% panchayats are not able to get connections. The officers should pay attention to this issue immediately.
In the meeting, the three MPs honoured Ramswarup Mundra for being a member of the Telecom Committee for 32 consecutive years. General manager of BSNL Indore Business area Pankaj Upadhyay said that now consumers will also be able to get TV channels on their FTTH connection. He said that the work of installing new BSNL towers will be completed by March 25. DGM ML Verma, Jitendra Bhaskar, Varsha Jha and other senior officials were also present in the meeting.
