Madhya Pradesh: Khandelwal Samaj’s Grand Garba Ends

Mhow (Madhya Pradesh): A grand Garba (Dandiya), organised during the Navratri festival under the auspices of Khandelwal Samaj, ended with the burning of Ravana, here on Tuesday.

All the members of the community participated in this event. As a reflection of social unity and equality, people participated in this event held at Shrinath Vatika in traditional costumes of different colours.

Weapon art display by Durga Vahini on Saptami, soulful mother worship on Maha Ashtami and weapon worship and Hanuman Chalisa on Navami were the centre of attraction.

Ravan Dahan was also done at midnight while celebrating the Dussehra festival. Sachin Baghel and MLA Usha Thakur also participated in the programme.
