Indore: SC Judges, Over 1K Lawyers To Attend ‘Nyayvani 2025’ Workshop 

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): The Akhil Bharatiya Adhivakta Parishad, in collaboration with the Madhya Pradesh high court and Indore district court units, is set to host a one-day workshop titled "Nyayvani 2025" at Ravindra Natya Grah here on Saturday.

The theme of the workshop is “Use of Technology and Forensic Science in the Justice Delivery System”. It is expected to bring together more than 1,000 advocates from across the state, along with several eminent figures from the judiciary.

Dignitaries attending the event include justice Jitendra Kumar Maheshwari and justice Satish Chandra Sharma from the Supreme Court of India, chief justice Sanjeev Sachdeva of the Madhya Pradesh high court, administrative judge Vivek Rusia of the Indore bench of Madhya Pradesh high court, administrative judge Anand Pathak of the Gwalior bench and other esteemed judges from the MP high court, Indore bench.

Distinguished legal experts addressing the workshop include advocate general of Madhya Pradesh Prashant Singh, Dr Harsh Sharma, special duty officer of the National Forensic Sciences University (Bhopal) and former director of MP State Forensic Science Laboratory, advocate Vikram Dubey, national secretary of Akhil Bharatiya Adhivakta Parishad, advocate Umesh Yadav and others.

According to advocate Sunil Jain, president of the Indore high court unit and advocate Prasanna Bhatnagar, general secretary, the workshop aims to familiarize advocates with the practical integration of advanced technological tools and forensic sciences in legal processes, an essential shift toward a more efficient and scientific justice delivery system.

Preparations for the event have been ongoing for the past month, with outreach programmes conducted across 16 districts of the Malwa region. Office-bearers of the Parishad visited district courts, interacting with lawyers and judges to extend personal invitations for participation.

Additionally, research papers on forensic topics have been invited for presentation. Selected participants with the best papers will be felicitated during the workshop. The event will include multiple sessions and is expected to be an enriching and forward-looking experience for the entire legal fraternity.
