Indore: Accused Carrying Bounty Of ₹10 K Arrested
Two of their accomplices had been arrested a few months ago.

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Two accused, who were on the run for two years in connection with the murder of a youth in the Khudel area, were arrested while they were passing from the area, police said on Tuesday.
Two years ago, the girlfriend of one of the accused got engaged with a youth resulting in an argument between the accused and the youth and they beat him to death. The police had announced a bounty of Rs 10,000 for their arrests.

DSP (Headquarters) Umakant Chowdhary informed Free Press that Prakash, a resident of Khudel area, was beaten to death by four people in the field of Haripal following an argument between them in April 2023. In this case, the police had arrested Sultan and Subhash a few months ago and since then a search had been on for the on the run accused Multan and Bahadur.
Information was received that Multan and Bahadur were passing from the area and the police team arrested them and their bike was also seized. They informed the police that Prakash got engaged to the girlfriend of Sultan so the accused had warned him to break the engagement.
When Prakash refused to break his engagement, the accused had beaten him with the sticks to death. The accused were produced before the court from where they were sent to jail.
