Kolkata: City’s iconic Dacres Lane has turned into a vibrant open-air gallery as it has hosted a unique photography exhibition organized by the city’s photojournalists.
Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has also expressed her happiness over the exhibition and Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) Mayor Firhad Hakim had inaugurated the exhibition.
Ace photojournalist based in Kolkata, Ashok Nath Dey expressing his joy over the exhibition mentioned that people of all walks of life had visited the exhibition.
“The exhibition will be continuing till February 4 and we are really happy that we could organize this which showcases the masterpieces he had captured in our lenses. I am grateful to our state government for supporting such an initiative,” said Dey.

The exhibition, titled 'Chitro Jetha Bhoy Shunyo', which means ‘Where the Photos Are Without Fear’ was ideated during the COVID-19 lockdown.
