VIDEO: Youth Dies After Mob Beats Him With Kicks, Punches & Belts Inside Moving Train Over Seat Dispute In UP's Baghpat
The 39-year-old man was coming to Baghpat by the Saharanpur-Delhi passenger train. Near Fakharpur station, he got into an altercation over sitting on a seat. The argument escalated and after this, 15 to 20 passengers ganged up and brutally thrashed him with kicks, punches, belts and sharp weapons.

Baghpat: In a shocking incident from Uttar Pradesh's Baghpat, a young man was beaten to death in a dispute over a seat in a moving train. The 39-year-old man was travelling to Baghpat by the Saharanpur-Delhi passenger train. Near Fakharpur station, he got into an altercation over sitting on a seat. The argument escalated and after this, 15 to 20 passengers ganged up and brutally thrashed him with kicks, punches, belts and sharp weapons.
The group that attacked the deceased Deepak Yadav fled, leaving him in a dying state at the station. On receiving the information, the family reached the station, but by then it was too late and Deepak had died.
A video of the incident has surfaced. The crowd thrashing him at his seat is so large that Deepak is not even visible in the video. People can be seen jostling to beat him.
Family Reacts
Reportedly, Deepak was a resident of Khekra town of Baghpat and was returning from his job at Delhi-Bhagirath Palace. His family has claimed that a young man named Rahul Baba and his friends are behind this.

SP GRP Moradabad has reacted to the video of the incident, which is going viral on X.
"On the basis of the complaint received in connection with the case at GRP Barot police station, legal action is being taken as per rules by registering a case under relevant sections and detaining the suspects for questioning," the post read.
