Raipur: Chhattisgarh Governor Ramen Deka and Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, and cabinet ministers extended greetings to the people of state of the occasion of festival of colours, Holi.
Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai called on Governor Ramen Deka at Raj Bhavan to extend Holi greetings and discuss matters of state interest.
During the meeting, both leaders exchanged best wishes for the festival, emphasizing the spirit of harmony and celebration. As a mark of respect, Chief Minister Sai honored Governor Deka with a traditional state shawl.
Sai extended heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the people of Chhattisgarh on the joyous occasion of Holi. He wished for happiness, prosperity, and mutual love in the lives of all citizens.
"Holi is not just a festival of colors but also a celebration of new energy and positivity in our lives," said the Chief Minister. "It teaches us that love, harmony, and brotherhood are the most valuable colors in life."
Highlighting the cultural significance of Holi, he emphasized that the festival has been an integral part of Indian traditions for centuries, bringing people together beyond all differences. "Holi symbolizes the victory of good over evil and strengthens the bonds of unity in society," he added.
CM Sai urged the people of Chhattisgarh to celebrate Holi with love, harmony, and joy, spreading happiness and reinforcing the spirit of togetherness in the state.
Forest and Climate Change Minister Kedar Kashyap in his message, he wished for happiness, prosperity, and harmony in everyone's life.
Minister Kashyap highlighted that Holi is a festival of joy, enthusiasm, and unity, bringing people together with the vibrant colors of love and brotherhood.
He also emphasized the importance of environmental protection, noting that nature itself is adorned with colors and teaches us to cherish and safeguard our surroundings. He urged people to take a pledge to conserve wildlife and contribute to a cleaner, greener environment.
