Caught On CCTV: Helmeted Man Sets Bike On Fire In Bengaluru's Devara Jeevanahalli

Bengaluru: A miscreant poured petrol on a new bike and set it on fire in the Devara Jeevanahalli (DJ ) area of Bengaluru, Karnataka, at around 2:45 a.m. on Tuesday. As a result, two bikes and a bicycle were completely gutted in the fire.
The incident was caught on CCTV, and the footage is now going viral on social media. The accused has not yet been identified, and police are currently investigating the matter.
The CCTV footage shows several bikes and scooters parked in an alleyway beneath a residential building. A helmeted man approaches one of the vehicles, pours petrol on a bike, and quickly flees the scene. Moments later, a large flame erupts, with thick grey smoke billowing into the air.
The bike owner has been identified as Gopi. He said he has no idea who the culprits might be. An investigation in the matter is underway and efforts are being made to identify and nab the accused.
The incident could have caused extensive damage, but fortunately, the fire did not spread much.
