Bengaluru: The Garden City witnessed the sunrise at 6:46 am and the sun is likely to set at 6:14 pm. The minimum and maximum temperatures are expected to be around 16 degrees Celsius and 27 degrees Celsius on Friday, January 17, 2025.
The weather department has reported that the city will soon experience a change in weather conditions, with rainfall expected in the coming days. This shift is anticipated due to the formation of a cyclonic circulation over the southeast Bay of Bengal.
According to the IMD, January is the coldest month of the winter season, during which the average minimum temperature is around 16 degrees Celsius.
The humidity level is expected to range around 58 per cent. Today, the wind is expected to blow steadily from the East at a speed of 19 km/h, and the Air Quality Index (AQI) is expected to stand at 148, which indicates moderate air quality in the city and its adjoining areas.

Meanwhile, the wind is expected to blow from the East at 21 km/h. According to the weather department, extreme cold wave conditions will affect numerous parts of Karnanatak in the upcoming days.
